INVITATION
TO THE GENERAL MEETING
OF THE ASSOCIATION “BALODT”
With this invitation, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the Association ‘Bulgarian Association of Laboratory Technicians in Imaging Diagnostics and Therapy’ (BALODT), based on Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 10, paragraph 5, items 3 and 4 of the Association’s Statute, convenes a GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE ASSOCIATION, with the following agenda:
- Approval of the report on BALODT’s activities for 2025
- Approval of the financial statement for 2025
- Other
If there is no quorum, the next meeting will take place on 30.05.2026 at 11:00 at the same place and with the same agenda.
The general meeting of the association will be held on 30.05.2026 at 10:00 in Sofia,
UPMBAL St. John the Baptist Ltd., Sofia, 37 Patriarch Evtimiy Street, Conference Hall, 6th floor.
The materials for the meeting’s agenda will be available to the members of the General Assembly on-site, at the venue of the meeting in Sofia, located at UPMBAL St. John the Baptist, 37 Patriarch Evtimiy Street, Conference Hall, 6th floor.
