INVITATION TO CONVENE AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
ON
BALODT ASSOCIATION
The Board of Directors of the Association “Bulgarian Association of Laboratory Technicians in Imaging Diagnostics and Therapy,” based on Article 26 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and Article 14, paragraph 2 of the Association’s Statute, is calling an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association, which will be held on 15.11.2025 at 10:00 AM in Sofia, 66A Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Acibadem City Clinic UMHAT Mladost, with the following agenda:
- Defining the company’s activities as an organization carrying out work for the public good, outlining the Association’s goals, and the means to achieve them
- Making a decision to change the number of members of the Management Board – from seven to nine members
- Electing two new members to the Association’s Management Board to complete its composition
- Adopting an updated version of the Association’s statute
- Making a decision to update the membership fee, specifically from 2026 it will be 30 euros (58.67 leva)
- Other
If there is no quorum, the next meeting will be held on 15.11.2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location and with the same agenda.
The materials for the meeting agenda will be available to the members of the General Assembly in an attached file sent by email and on-site at the meeting address in Sofia, at 66A Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Adjbadem City Clinic UMBAL Mladost.
